giving direction and finesse.
Kris Pinot Grigio 2009 Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy - $38.00
Pale yellow in color with brilliant greenish reflections, enticing aromas of acacia flowers, citrus,
tangerine, and hints of apricots and almonds. Kris is lean and refreshing on the

Acacia Pinot Noir 2007 Carneros - $60.00
Opulent layers of Satsuma plum, cherry, and
blueberry fruit. Seductive sun-warmed rose and forest loam nuances mingle with
coffee bean and vanilla from barrel aging. Hints of tangerine zest with a fruitimbued finish.
Peter Lehman “Layers” Red 2009 Barossa Valley - $44.00
This multi-dimensional wine is an exciting blend. The colour is a beautiful black cherry with
a burst of fresh red berries and spice on the nose. The palate is a pleasant combination
of savoury plum and chocolate, ending with chalky tannins and a soft fruited finish.
Jade Mountain Merlot 2007 64% Napa, 36% San Luis Obispo - $36.00
This merlot is densely packed with heady aromas of ripe dark fruit laced with spice. Generous
black cherry and plum flavors mingle with caramel notes and hints of Asian fivespice
and cinnamon. Nuances of oak spices linger on the long, fruit-imbued finish.
Sterling “Vintners Collection” Meritage 2008 - $32.00
Aromas of bright red cherries, plums and berry pie leap from the glass, gently rounded
by a kiss of sweet caramel and vanilla. The juicy fruit continues through the palate with
full-bodied flavors and ripe, round tannins. Mocha and chocolate notes lend subtle nuances to
the lively cherryberry flavors that span the length of the palate and into the long finish.
Rosenblum Petite Syrah Heritage Clones 2008 Contra Costa - $48.00
A marriage of California old-vine fruit and refined Rhône-style character, this Petite Sirah
displays dark fruit with dusty cocoa, chocolate and spice notes. Cracked pepper, molasses
and dried herb aromas lead blackberry and cassis on the nose. The palate is dense
and chewy, with a depth of rich, ripe fruit, musty earth overtones and prevalent tannins.
Newton Unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 Napa Valley - $80.00
This rich, deeply colored wine opens with aromas reminiscent of the forest floor with juniper, sage,
and clove, leading to luscious black cherry and blackberry. Layers of sweet vanilla,
anise, tobacco, and lavender persist. Finishes with well-developed tannins and bright acidity.
